Costa Graia Winemaker Dinner


Costa Graia is a super small new estate producing delicious native grapes from the region of Lazio. As Lupa was one of the first restaurants in New York to order his wines, winemaker Gabriele Graia is particularly excited to join us for dinner and a tasting on Monday, May 9th. Proiette will offer a history of the region and his vineyard; Executive Chef Rob Zwirz has created a Roman Spring menu to complement the wines.
