Please join us as we welcome acclaimed winemaker Elisa Scavino. Since 1921, the Scavino family of Paolo Scavino has been farming the hills of Barolo to craft exceptional wines from the historic grapes of the region: Dolcetto, Barbera & Nebbiolo. Today, Elisa represents the 4th generation of winemakers from the Scavino family. Their ties to the land and history of the region are showcased in their superior wines. Executive Chef Robert Zwirz has created a menu to complement the wines as Eliza expounds on the region, its history, the vineyards, and the wines.
