We are very excited to welcome one of the historic estates that is producing unparalleled wines: Bindi Sergardi. Join Giulia Bernini as she guides us through the estate’s wines and tells the story of Chianti Classico of yesterday and today. The Bindi Sergardi estate has been growing grapes since 1349 and today Alessandra Sergardi is leading the charge, making some of the most beautiful wines in the region. The estate is located just north of Siena in the historic area of Casstelnuovo Berardenga; one of the nine communes of the Chianti Classico appellation. Chef James Kelly has created a menu to highlight the beauty and elegance of Sangiovese, the life blood of Chianti Classico, echoing to the traditions of the Tuscan table.
